LTE Technology Offers high speed download and upload speeds extremely high of the HSPA technology As Follows:

LTE:

Downlink: 100 Mbps
Uplink: 50 Mbps


But HSPA:

Downlink: 1.4 Mbps
Uplink: 5.7 Mbps

As we See the LTE is Extremly High Speed than HSPA !!!

In the other hand LTE Technology can handle higher than X10 users than HSPA can Handle, this by using the OFDM ( Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access ) and By Using MIMO ( Multiple Input - Multiple Output) using Smart Antennas Systems as well.
